Dylan Ross Recognized for Work in Ford Inn of Court

Congratulations to Forshey Prostok attorney Dylan Ross, who was recently named the Most Outstanding Associate Member of The Hon. John C. Ford American Inn of Court.

The American Inns of Court is dedicated to advancing the rule of law and professionalism through education and mentoring. The Ford Inn of Court is named for The Honorable John C. Ford, a bankruptcy judge for more than 25 years in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, both in the Fort Worth and Dallas divisions. The Ford Inn of Court is one of only three Inns of Court devoted to bankruptcy.

Mr. Ross focuses on commercial bankruptcy cases and represents clients in complex Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings. Before entering private practice, Mr. Ross served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Harlin D. Hale, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas.

A 2018 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Mr. Ross was a participant in the 2023 Next Generation Class at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and the Runner-Up to Rookie of the Year for The William J. Rochelle, Jr. Chapter 11 Course, a program presented by The Ford Inn of Court.

Mr. Ross is a Past President of the DFW Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers, a board member of the DFW Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and a member of the Young Lawyers Committee for the State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Law Section.
