Steven E. Aldous has more than 27 years’ experience trying all types of cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. App.—Dallas 2008), review denied (May 27, 2005), rehearing on pet. for rev., (Sept. 2, 2005), rev’d, 221 S.W.3d 569 (Tex. 2007): Represented wrongful death beneficiaries against guide company for death of 13 year old in the Grand Canyon. Case of first impression in the Texas Supreme Court related to personal jurisdiction.
