“We’re honored to be chosen for both Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers, and incredibly proud of the work we do at Forshey Prostok,” said Mr. Prostok. “We’re delivering the same results as the top firms in the world, with more efficiencies and greater emphasis on personal relationships that come with employing a boutique firm.”
Best Lawyers employs a four-step process to select its honorees, starting with nominations and voting, then by an analysis of feedback and a final eligibility check before selections are announced.
Super Lawyers are chosen by a selective process of peer nominations, independent research, and review of their professional accomplishments. Only 5% of Texas attorneys make the list each year.
Mr. Prostok and Mr. Forshey were also recently recognized for their work on behalf of creditors and debtors in the Chambers USA ranking of leading lawyers. This year marked Forshey Prostok’s 17th consecutive year on the Chambers Texas bankruptcy list. Forshey Prostok was the only bankruptcy boutique and only Fort Worth-based firm to earn a spot on the list.
