Forshey Prostok partners Suzanne K. “Suki” Rosen, Lynda L. Lankford, and Laurie Dahl Rea have been included on the Lawdragon 500 inaugural list of the top business bankruptcy and restructuring lawyers in the United States.

Ms. Rosen practices in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation and is experienced in all phases of complex commercial litigation in both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy related matters. She also has developed extensive knowledge regarding complex bankruptcy litigation matters. Ms. Rosen is significantly experienced in the representation of debtors and liquidating trustees in complex chapter 11 cases.

Ms. Lankford has over 30 years of bankruptcy experience, having represented debtors, creditors, trustees and various statutory committees. A former president of the Tarrant County Bankruptcy Bar Association, she previously served as a Chapter 7 Trustee, as a briefing attorney for former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Leif M. Clark of the  Western District of Texas, and as an auditor with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Houston.

Ms. Rea has more than two decades of experience in bankruptcy law, representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and litigants. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Russell F. Nelms and the late Honorable Harold C. Abramson, former judges in the Northern District of Texas, where the firm has particular prominence.
